Cyprus is the island of dramatic contrasts and is one of the Mediterranean�s jewels. Even in winter, Cyprus is the one holiday destination where you can go skiing in the mountains in the morning and sunbathing on a beach in the afternoon. From mid-May to mid-September the sun shines on a daily average of around 11 hours and the coastal areas benefit from a balance to the hot, dry Mediterranean climate.
