Couldn't say it better myself. I am a huge fan of electric car conversions.
Go out, get a guide like Gas2Electric ( http://gas2electric.net ) or "Convert it" (found on amazon) and do a conversion. Saves time and money. Not to mention we don't have to wait until 2011 to get electric cars on the road.
