How to sway your congressman (vanity)

I have never contacted a politician before, but I think this $700 billion mortgage bailout needs to be stopped. Is it more effective to (1) send an email through the congressman's site (2) print and mail a letter (3) call the congressman's office Of course, my voice alone won't change the outcome, nor should it, but if enough people act, maybe this can be derailed.
