Pelosi Details Negotiations Over Bailout Plan

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) -- House Democrats say they are working as quickly as they can to come to an agreement on a federal bailout plan for the country's troubled financial markets. Democrats are working with Republican lawmakers and the Bush administration to add provisions to the $700 billion plan.
